Norpe Ltd. acquiring Dimico

Norpe Ltd. has purchased the entire capital stock of Dimico Oy, a Porvoo-based company manufacturing evaporators and condensers, from Combi Cool, which is a part of the G&L Beijer group.

Dimico specialises in the delivery of demanding evaporator and condenser solutions to companies engaged in the refrigeration industry. Dimico has a staff of 22. The company's acting management and other staff will continue to be employed in the company.

"Our aim is to anticipate customer's needs and constantly develop our operation. Dimico's strong expertise and continuous product innovation and development work will create genuine added value in Norpe's products and refrigeration technology expertise. Dimico will thus significantly enhance the role of the Norpe group as the supplier of shop fittings and solutions requiring special expertise and improve the efficiency of our growing production processes", says Heimo Hakkarainen, Managing Director of Norpe.
